It creates a place for existing customers and potential customers to find information on your business which is fully controlled and owned by you.

Websites are the perfect landing pad for your customers as it helps you express what your business does and what it stands for. Unlike social media, you have full control over what customers can view, and your site cannot be taken down without warning. Although we love social media it does have its dangers!
It is generally recommended that a business develops their website’s design every three years, so their website does not become outdated. Additionally, if your website is not optimised for mobile, has a low search engine ranking, or your brand message has changed, this is also a good time to put some work into your site.
While there are successful business that operate through social media only (and without a website) as we mentioned above there are dangers involved with this. Your page is technically owned by the social media platform (e.g. Instagram) and could be hacked or taken down without warning. We would strongly advise using two-factor authentication if this is still the route your want to go down.

We start our website design process by having a consultation call and a website design questionnaire and persona questionnaire we give out to clients in order to better understand their customers and what our client wants.

2 - Project Board

Our clients have access to our project board so they can see our deadlines and any requirements that are needed.

3 - Website Sitemap and High Fidelity Concepts

We present our clients a proposed website sitemap and high fidelity concept to show the design idea for their new websites.

4 - Revisions

Based on client feedback we will do any revisions to website concept.

5 - Website Build

After settling on a design we will build your dream website.

6 - Final Revisions and Site Testing

After final revisions we will begin internal and external site testing and prepare for launch.

7 - Domain Name Transfer and Publishing

The final steps are to transfer your domain name and publish your site!

8 - Squarespace Tutorial

To finish up your website design with EQuerry Co we give our clients a 1-hour recorded live video tutorial on how to edit and manage your new website.
