SCOPE OF WORK
Website & App Development
Campaign Management
Kingsman Equine
Equestrian Concierge & Hybrid Auction House
This project had several moving parts that we were able to actualise. We developed the website as the business developed, always keeping in mind the goal of the client as well as the user journey and relevant keywords. Every page was strategically designed and maintained to hold information pertinent to the horses in an ongoing or existing auction, as well as service-related information. The website had a supporting app, allowing those who signed up prior to the auction not only to access x-rays, videos and images but also place bids online alongside the ringside auction.
We used social media predominantly in an organic manner to create engagement around the brand, with some elements of paid media to elevate brand awareness or specific campaigns such as upcoming auctions. The social media was an effective tool in driving large volumes of traffic, positively impacting search rankings, when new and SEO-relevant content was added to the site. Considering the equestrian market in the UK, Europe and the US, the social platforms quickly allowed us to reach Kingsman Equine consumers in an efficient and accessible manner.
Email campaigns were actively going out to support all other marketing activities, yielding open rates of over 42% and click-through rates of 7%, both high above the industry standard. The video editing completed included the creation of a brand video showcasing the brand’s capabilities and offerings in a more engaging, less sales-driven approach, as well as editing of all videos of the auction horses.
Marketing collateral was created, including a showjump, winners rug, all auction brochures, and LED arena boards.
300% Increase in Traffic
"We got in touch with Christine when we wanted to increase traffic to our website for an upcoming auction. Her management of our social media platforms yielded a 300% increase in traffic in less than one month! "
