Helping Brands Connect with and Enhance Their Sport

EquiRatings is the hub for data insights when it comes to equestrian sports. Working with events and brands across the globe, the EquiRatings team provide key learnings to help address the common issues in our sport, from sponsor investment and public buy-in to the uptake and retention of riders. Through the core channels of the website, podcasts and social media, they conduct emotive storytelling, highlighting memorable moments of the sport in an educational and digestible manner. 

We supported the EquiRatings team by streamlining the output processes for data to be published. This started with the development of a publishing guidelines document, which could be utilised by all internal and external stakeholders working on the varying campaigns and projects. In addition, we supported campaign planning and execution around high-priority events. This included communications management, content creation, publishing, reporting and analysis, with team members working both onsite at the events and remotely. 

These efforts required a reactive and adaptable approach in order to ensure the relevant information is shared with the right audience at the right time. As a result, we achieved a reach of 1.7 million on social media alone using the newly created sub-accounts for the different disciplines. These new accounts also grew in followers by 5.3k, gained a total of 38k profile visits and maintained an average engagement rate of 7.54%, evidencing that an invested community of relevant individuals had been successfully built, scaled and maintained.
